Director and producers

About the Director Carey Scott: Carey Scott has been a professional actor for nearly 25 years. He started his career by training with the legendary master teacher Stella Adler (teacher of Marlon Brando, Robert DeNiro, etc.). Carey has appeared in over 75 films and tv shows as well as dozens of plays in New York and Los Angeles. Some of his co-stars include Brad Pitt, Jim Carrey, Morgan Freeman, Johnny Depp, Whoopi Goldberg, Madonna, Tom Hanks, Alan Alda, Haley Joel Osment, Jennifer Aniston, Martin Lawrence, Alec Baldwin and many others. Most recently he appeared on the HBO hit Big Love.

He has been a member of SAG, AFTRA and EQUITY for nearly 25 years. This is his directorial debut. Carey was first attracted to Hidden Secrets by the prospect of collaborating with his friend, producer and actor David A.R. White. After reading the script, Carey knew it was exactly the kind of material he had been searching for to direct. A character driven, intimate drama with a slight touch of comedy. Carey also runs an acting school, The Rehearsal Room, in Los Angeles and San Diego).

About producer Michael Scott: Mr. Scott is an experienced and distinguished photography and film production veteran. His work has earned him several awards. Michaels first passion is for film and photography. He graduated from the Colorado Institute of Art with a degree in photography. After receiving another degree in theology from Vision Christian Bible College, he moved out to California to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. For many years, he worked with magazines from around the world shooting for Life, Sports Illustrated, TIME, National Geographic, Smart Money and others. Mike then moved into film and has worked in several areas of production ranging from production assistant to executive producer. He made his debut film in 1996 with a documentary on Tibet and he has followed that with other documentaries of different cultural groups around the world.

Starting in 1998, Mr. Scott produced many national advertising campaigns for television and print, including Ford, Mercedes, Honda, Nissan, Jaguar, Chevy, Jeep, Toyota, Volvo, Chrysler, GMC and Lexus. His productions have taken him to 25 different countries, with budgets as high as 3 million dollars. Mike is also presently the executive producer and producer for a 12-part reality award winning series called Travel the Road that airs on TBN, INSP, I-Life, Faith TV and others. The show follows two missionaries through 25 countries over and 18-month period. “Travel the Road” has been aired in over 100 countries and is the number one Christian youth show around the world. It is currently in syndication.

About producer and actor David A.R. White: Mr. White has been in the entertainment business since the age of 19, starring in television, films and producing his own films. He has received numerous award nominations and critical accolades. David grew up in a small town outside of Dodge City, Kansas. His father was a pastor in the denomination of Evangelical Free Church. David became a Christian at the age of four. David went to Moody Bible College in Chicago after high School for one year. There he received his first line in his first Christian Movie, Geronimo.

At 19, without knowing anyone, David moved to Hollywood and jumped right into the Entertainment business. Just six months after moving to Los Angeles, David landed a recurring role on “Evening Shade” with Burt Reynolds for four years. David then went on to guest appearances on such shows as “Coach,” “Saved by the Bell,” “Sisters,” “Melrose Place,” “Martial Law” and many others.

David’s love for the entertainment industry soon led him to producing. His first production in 1998 was an award winning theater production, which he also starred in, called 77 Fever at the Hollywood Improv. His first feature length production in 1999, where he produced and starred in, was The Moment After. In 2000, he was a co-founder of the production company Signal Hill Pictures. David produced and starred in Mercy Streets opposite Eric Roberts, Stacy Keach and Cynthia Watros. This movie received a theatrical release, opened in fifty cities across the United States and played in almost every country in the world.

In 2001, David was nominated for The Movie Guide Awards Best Actor for his work in Mercy Streets. His running mates were Mel Gibson in The Patriot, Denzel Washington in Remember the Titans and Will Smith in Bagger Vance. In addition, Mercy Streets was nominated for the Best Family Film Award.

In 2003, along with TBN he produced and starred in SIXthe Mark Unleashed opposite Stephen Baldwin and Eric Roberts. The movie was released worldwide in June 2004. In 2004, David produced and starred in the thriller Ghost Soldiers opposite Viscellous Shannon (The Hurricane). This film is still in post-production.

In 2005, Davids Company partnered with 20th Century Fox to produce a Frank Peretti film, The Visitation. It stars Edward Furlong, Kelly Lynch and Martin Donovin and was released in 2006.

About producer Russ Wolfe: Mr. Wolfe has a long and distinguished career in the entertainment and event management industry. He has held numerous senior level positions where he has helped achieve strong growth goals, both domestically and internationally. Russell Wolfe began his career in 1989 as a partner in an event management firm based in Miami, Florida. Within four years, Russell expanded the companys international reach by opening offices in Russia, Eastern Europe and Brazil. He was instrumental in establishing the sponsor relationship between BMW and the Atlanta Committee for Olympic Games (ACOG) as well as overseeing the design and execution of the caravan management of the 1996 Olympic Torch Relay. Later in 1996, Russell started his own company, Premier Event Management, Inc. (Premier), which is a full-service event consulting, project management, and marketing firm.

Premier is one of the industrys leading event management companies and currently has offices in Arizona, California and New Jersey. Their clients currently include (but are not limited to): BMW of North America, Porsche, Volvo, New Line Cinema, Vespa/Piaggio USA, U.S. Department of Energy, Jaguar, Rogers and Cowan, Aston Martin of North America and Ventana Medical Systems. In addition, Premier has consulted numerous Fortune 500 companies concerning their strategic marketing plans and execution and has managed countless events nationally as well as internationally, in such countries as Australia, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Greece, and Singapore.

In 2002, Russell started a production company, Premier Productions, as a subsidiary to Premier Event Management, Inc. Premier Productions provides commercials, training videos, press and product launch video production, as well as film production. Premier Event Management and Premier Productions has allowed Russell to combine his expertise in commercial and film production management, marketing, event planning, trade show coordination and management, and product introductions to the benefit all of his clients.

Russell Wolfe lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife Alysoun, and their two children, Lauren and Mitchell. He serves on the Board of Directors for the International Artists Gathering for Peace (IAGP), is on the steering committee for the International Foundation for Anticancer Drug Discovery (IFADD), and is an active supporter of Travel the Road Ministries in Los Angeles, California. When Russell isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with the Church Mens Group, motorcycling, sailing, scuba diving and maintaining his private pilots license. He also likes to think of himself as a certified Barbqueologist.
